Cheesecakes and scoopies can be ordered up to 2 days prior to the pickup date.

Birthday cakes require a minimum of 4 days’ notice

About Our Products

No, all products require advance notice:

Mini cheesecakes and scoopies: 2 day notice

Medium/Large cheesecake: 2 days notice

Birthday cakes: 4 days notice
Yes. Your cake will be ready shortly before to ensure maximum freshness. However, we kindly ask you to collect your order at the scheduled time.
We recommend enjoying the cheesecake on the same day. However, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days without any issue.

For scoopies, we recommend heating them for 15 seconds in the microwave (maximum power) before eating for the best experience.
Cheesecakes are not suitable for pregnant women, as they are made with fresh products.

Scoopies and birthday cakes are suitable.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free options. All our products contain lactose and allergens.
No, we aim for balanced, smooth flavors that are not overly sweet.

Pistachio and Oreo flavors are noticeable, but cheese remains the main flavor (it’s a cheesecake, not a pistachio/Oreo cake).

Scoopies have a slightly stronger flavor, but nothing overwhelming.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer lactose-free or sugar-free options, but we hope to do so in the future.
No, we do not recommend freezing our products, as they are made fresh daily and not designed for freezing.
Generally no, only birthday cakes can be customized and may include an additional charge.
Our cheesecake is oven-baked. Simple and honest: lightly toasted on the outside, creamy on the inside, with a homemade crunchy base made from our own biscuit recipe.
Mini — XX cm diameter | for 2–3 people (scoopies are same size)

Medium — XX cm diameter | for 6–8 people

Large — XX cm diameter | for 10–12 people
Cheesecakes: Let it rest 15-20 minutes at room temperature before eating for the best texture

No, we operate Wednesday to Saturday only:

Wed–Fri: 17:30pm – 18:30pm

Saturday: 09:30am – 11:30am

Please respect your selected date and time, otherwise we cannot guarantee your order will be ready.
As all products are handmade and prepared daily, we do not accept returns or changes.

However, if there is an error on our side, we will of course take responsibility.

Transport & Travel

Yes, especially the mini size, which has more resistant packaging.

We recommend transporting it carefully, flat, and away from heat (especially in summer).
Yes, many customers have traveled with our cakes by plane or train without issues.

We recommend carrying them carefully and avoiding heat exposure.
